Shipping policy

Shipping Charges:

Domestic Orders (within the US): Free economy shipping on orders of $100 or greater. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $15.

Canada Orders: Shipping charges for orders to Canada will be calculated at the checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently offer shipping services to the United States and Canada only. We regret that we are unable to process orders for other international destinations at this time.


Processing and Delivery Times:

Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we will strive to process and ship your items promptly.

For non-customized items, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment.

For customized or personalized orders:  Most custom or personalized orders can be shipped within 3-4 days of order placement. Leather products may require up to 7 days processing due to custom material availability. If applicable, you will be sent a proof of your custom order before your item is made. At this time, you will be able to make necessary changes. Once we receive final approval, we will make and ship your product. You will be notified when your products have shipped by email. We take pride in providing high-quality personalized products, and this additional time ensures that your order receives the attention to detail it deserves. 

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the destination. Please note that any estimated delivery times provided are only approximate and not guaranteed.

Shipment Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package. Please note that all shipping times mentioned are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
